Yashreeka Huq advises public and private companies in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad range of matters, including corporate governance, venture capital financings and complex mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Yashreeka was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm, where she counseled public and privately held companies and private equity firms in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and investment transactions.

During law school, Yashreeka was a staff editor for the Journal of International Law & Business and was co-president of the South Asian Law Students Association. She also served as a corporate counsel extern with a large technology company based outside of Chicago.​​​​
