A Midwest native, Copeland now resides in New York. She excelled in competitive gymnastics through high school and went on to compete in Division I collegiate track and field. Upon graduation, Copeland began taking dance classes as a way to stay active after work. What began as a hobby blossomed into a profession that enabled Copeland to tour all over the country with some of the music industry’s top recording artists. Fitness is paramount to dance, making Copeland’s transition to yoga and training seamless and natural.
